He is My Wall
May 20, 2018

In the last two Messages of this series of Teachings reveal the need to remove the Wall of Hindrance and The Cultural Wall…allow me to state that The Wall of Hindrance stands in place firmly when God’s people do not forgive each other. Cultural Walls stand when we decide to keep certain people out and certain people in based on personal views strengthened by judge-mentalism and selfishness.

It has been 50 days since the Resurrection. It is time for an “Pouring Out of His Spirit”. It is Time for Pentecost!!!

He is My Wall
More than a desire!!!
“…A Wall of Fire and The Glory…”

“Even now the ax is on the root of the trees. Every tree that does not give good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.  For sure, I baptize with water those who are sorry for their sins and turn from them. The One Who comes after me will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire…He will burn that which is no good with a fire that cannot be put out.” Matt. 3:10-12 NLV

It is obvious that Holy Fire and God’s Glory are intertwined in operation.

Zech. 2:4-5 “…be a city without walls…I myself
will be a wall of fire…declares the Lord,
‘and I will be…glory within.’

Repentance, acknowledging sin, is the willingness on our part that God desires for His Glory to be present. One might say, “Repentance and Regeneration bring a spark from God that can turn into His Blazing Glory”.

1 Thes. 5:19-22 clearly defines a pattern that teaches a necessary truth…despising Holy Spirit gifting and going along with evil practices will “Quench The Fire” of God in a life, a Church, a city, a Nation, etc.”

Please examine portions of these verses with me;

  • Ex. 13:21 …The LORD was going before them in a pillar of cloud by day to lead them on the way, and in a pillar of fire by night to give them light, that they might travel…
  • Lev. 6:13 …Fire must be kept burning on the altar continually; it must not go out.
  • Ex. 3:2 …the Lord appeared to Moses in flames of fire from within a bush. Moses saw that though the bush was on fire it did not burn up.
  • Luke 3:16 …one who is more powerful than I will come, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.
  • Acts 2:3-4 …flames or tongues of fire appeared and settled on each of them. And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit…
  • Heb. 12:29 …For our God is a devouring fire.

"The fire doesn't make you what you are; it reveals what you were."- Jack Hyles

There is no incense without fire; no prayer without flame."
- E.M. Bounds

There have been too many times in my life where I was more concerned about who was praying with me than “Who” was praying through me…Romans 8:26

"May God so fill us today with the heart of Christ that we may glow with the divine fire of holy desire."- A. B. Simpson

"How we have prayed for a Revival - we did not care whether it was old-fashioned or not - what we asked for was that it should be such that would cleanse and revive His children and set them on fire to win others."  A quote by Many Revivalists

"A church can be unified in one of two ways. You can freeze together…or you can melt together with the fire of the Holy Spirit." - John Hagee

Our prayer is that God will be The Wall of Fire around us and the Glory within…will you join us today and repent of sin while crying out for God to pour out His Spirit?
