Ex. 14:15 - “Why do you cry to Me? Tell the children of Israel to go forward.  But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it…”

Joshua 3:7, 15& 17 - When you have come to the edge of the water of the Jordan, you shall stand in the Jordan…the feet of the priests who bore the ark dipped in the edge of the water…Then the priests who bore the ark of the covenant of the Lord stood firm on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan; and all Israel crossed over on dry ground, until all the people had crossed completely over…

2 Kings 4:2-4 - Elisha said to her, “What shall I do for you? Tell me, what do you have in the house?” And she said, “Your maidservant has nothing in the house but a jar of oil.”  Then he said, “Go, borrow vessels from everywhere, from all your neighbors—empty vessels; do not gather just a few.  And when you have come in, you shall shut the door behind you and your sons; then pour it into all those vessels…

Matthew 4:24 - Then His fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases and torments, and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them.

Matthew 14:29 - So He said, “Come.” And when Peter had come down out of the boat, he walked on the water to go to Jesus.

Matthew 13:58 - Now He did not do many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

These few examples are testament to the power of God in and around His people. Can we agree He is Miraculous!!!

Your salvation will and will always be the greatest miracle you have ever experienced. The things God has kept from happening to you and kept from you are miraculous. There are thousands of miracles sitting here; both past and future. Who God is and what He has done for those here is totally miraculous.  The Grace, The Love, The Healings – The forgiveness are all miracles from The Lord Who is more than miraculous!!! Don’t stop believing.

Miracles / Obsessions

Obsession - a persistent disturbing preoccupation with an often unreasonable idea or feeling; also: something that causes preoccupation, fixation or addiction…

One synonym for the word miracle is sensation. There is unquestionably a problem in this earthly existence. People, for the most part, desire sensation above realization. Our walk with Jesus is more the preoccupation with sensation or thrill.

  • Obsessing over need will not bring a miracle.
  • Obsessing has worry built in.

Miracle – a happening or event that is unexplainable, something that takes place working against laws of science and logic…a supernatural event…

Christianity and Miracles have always been synonymous. Believers living in the explain-ably unexplainable…convincingly telling what God Miraculously does and is doing.

Romans 10:17

So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Galatians 3:2
This only I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

Don’t stop believing, don’t stop receiving…

  • Miracles come from being where one is supposed to be doing what God calls them to be doing.

It so crazy but Moses learned that God often leads to an apparent dead end to open up paths of the miraculous.

Not everyone believes this is the place of the miraculous. John 12:10 is a reminder that some want to put the miracle to death. Matt. 13:58, Mark 6:5 because of their unbelief, he couldn't do any miracles among them except to place his hands on a few sick people and heal them.

  • God doesn’t need to be convinced.

Ps. 77:11-20

I will remember the works of the Lord;
Surely I will remember Your wonders of old.
12 I will also meditate on all Your work,
And talk of Your deeds.
13 Your way, O God, is in the sanctuary;
Who is so great a God as our God?
14 You are the God who does wonders;
You have declared Your strength among the peoples.
15 You have with Your arm redeemed Your people,
The sons of Jacob and Joseph.

16 The waters saw You, O God;
The waters saw You, they were afraid;
The depths also trembled.
17 The clouds poured out water;
The skies sent out a sound;
Your arrows also flashed about.
18 The voice of Your thunder was in the whirlwind;
The lightenings lit up the world;
The earth trembled and shook.
19 Your way was in the sea,
Your path in the great waters,
And Your footsteps were not known.
20 You led Your people like a flock
By the hand of Moses and Aaron.
